Unlimited Paid Time Off – At Eclipsys we acknowledge that the need for time off is different for all of us – mini getaways, weeks at the beach, exploring the world, and rest and relaxation. It’s also about trips to see families back home, taking an afternoon off to see your child in a school play, or tending to a family member who may have medical needs and appointments. We don’t feel that carefully allocating vacation time to balance all these needs is conducive to our incredible culture of mutual trust and respect. It is our hope that this program furthers our organization’s pursuit in continually promoting the work life balance and wellbeing of our employees.

Stat Holiday Exchange Program – With a diverse group of employees, we recognize that there are unique religious celebrations or days to observe that hold importance to an individual that may not necessarily align with the statutory holidays given in their province. With our Stat Holiday Exchange program, an employee can choose to work on an eligible statutory holiday in exchange for a day off of their choosing, up to three times per calendar year.

Professional Development Opportunities – When an employee grows, we grow. We want to see our employees grow professionally, which is why we believe strongly in investing in our team. Our learning culture encourages employees to seek out professional development, whether it be attaining a new certification or enrolling in courses to expand their skillset — we’ve got them covered.
